About Kimberly Sherrod

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and enjoy working with people. My friends like to say that “I am a people person.” Markets have historically been cyclical and always rebound; however I have never experienced a market that has damaged the long term financial well being of homeowners as the market has today. This is a time when Realtor’s must step up and provide the expertise necessary to help our clients either keep their homes or move forward to salvage their credit.

I have worked hard to obtain the knowledge of business through different education courses available. This allows me to take my business to the next level by offering exceptional and professional Customer Service.

About Sheri Foster

I have been licensed since 1997. I started out as an Office Manager of a real estate office and then an assistant to a top producing Realtor. I was able to see transactions from different perspectives. These experiences helped me greatly when I began working as a full time Realtor which I continue to do to this day.

I enjoy working with people and have never tired of helping clients buy and sell homes. I have worked hard to educate myself so that I can continue to help all buyers and sellers, no matter what the situation is.

This year I earned my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. I continue thriving even in a market that wasn’t. With this everchanging market, I strongly feel this is a time when Realtor’s must step up and educate their clients as to what is best for them and their situation.
